V. wants to boost and promote those organizations that contribute to defending the rights of those that have had theirs infringed, that help people overcome the barriers generated by illness or disabilities, that train people in values and knowledge… or that contribute directly to the improvement of the world around us through scientific development, the protection of the environment, or the promotion of positive social change.

For all of them we have created an accelerator of social entities that offers a specific service to help and support your organization in all aspects it needs to grow, take on more ambitious projects, and solidify its work by strengthening the entity’s structure. Our services range from the request of projects, the management of bureaucratic procedures, the reporting of submissions, the training on the management of projects, etc., to the transfer of spaces, professional editing of materials, translation of projects and documents, and printing in large formats; all of it through a guidance during two or more years, structured in the Growth and Internationalization Plan.

These services mean no extra cost for your entity, since Redtree only charges for its services if the projects are approved and financed, and in any case our services can be included in the project’s final report.

Redtree Making Projects Coop. V. has established an innovative system of training and financing based on “project coaching” in which, through the creation of this “Growth and Internationalization Plan” we carry out a guidance/ coaching during two or more years, and we establish a learning methodology for clients through the very processes of project requesting and management in various areas.

One of Redtree’s main objectives, besides helping entities improve the management of their projects, is to ensure the economic sustainability of their clients. For that, we will study your entity, define your strengths, weaknesses, and objectives, with which we can create the “Growth and Internationalization Plan”. This will define the itinerary for a set of grants or funding lines to which the entity can opt, and will include the request of European grants supported by national and regional grants.

The Plan’s itinerary covers the calls for grants and subsidies most adequate to your entity, so that the increasingly ambitious projects can be developed and in a sustainable way, strengthening the organization accessibly and without risks.

During the validity of the Growth and Internationalization Plan, Redtree will develop the projects to submit to the funding lines. The client won’t have to worry about bureaucratic procedures linked to the Plan, since Redtree will be in charge of both drafting the projects (which are ultimately evaluated, confirmed, and signed by the client), as of any of their management or paperwork processes. Once the project is approved, Redtree will also draft its final report and carry out all necessary paperwork.

Redtree will only charge you if the project is approved and financed, so the client can incur this expense in the budget of the grant itself. This allows the entity to GROW WITHOUT A RISK, since IF FINANCING ISN’T ACHIEVED for their activity, Redtree WON’T CHARGE FOR ANY OF  THE SERVICES it provides.

SMALL COMPANIES: we train in management and help in the request and final reporting of grants, loans, and guarantees of specific aids for SMEs in several fields. Grants are direct aids, while the other types of financing are granted through programmes managed by each member country of the European Union.

NON-GOVERNMENR ORGANIZATIONS, OF CIVIL SOCIETY, AND FOUNDATIONS: we train in the management and help in the request and final reporting of grants for NGOs and civil society organizations. These entities are able to receive our training as long as they work with the priorities and areas of competence present in the EU and do so not-for-profit.

SCHOOLS AND ENTITIES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION: opportunities for studies and the creation of results in matters if education through the Erasmus+ Programme, to support students in the last years of secondary education, and VET training in other countries.

YOUTH ASSOCIATIONS: co-financing of projects that encourage citizen participation, volunteer work, and a multicultural and open-minded attitude, as well as the creation of specific materials for non-formal education through the Erasmus+ Programme.

RESEARCH ENTITIES AND TECHNOLOGY-BASED COMPANIES: we help to draft the request of projects that finance research, mainly through EU’s insigne programme in this field, “Horizon 2020”. This is usually carried out through grants to partially finance all sorts of research projects.

• COWORKING AND SPACE CESSION

Your entity will surely have enough resources and projects to have a headquarters in the future… or even more than one. But if your entity is currently still young and doesn’t have enough workload or income to cover the fixed expenses of an office, and you are tired of meeting in houses or cafeterias that make meetings less productive and where you are constantly interrupted… then we can help you.

Redtree has specific spaces to offer you what you need in Valencia (Spain). Maybe you just need a meeting room where to meet sporadically? Or you just need a worktable, but one that you can use whenever you want to? Tell us about your needs and Redtree will try to find a customized solution. We can offer you an appealing workspace at our offices in the corner of the streets “Jesús y María” with “San Ignacio de Loyola” in Valencia, with facilities (wi-fi, coffee space, rooms…) and professionals to lend you a hand.

• TRANSLATION AND ADVICE SERVICES

Running an entity isn’t easy, and requires so much varied knowledge that’s often taken for granted but isn’t there –For example: Do I have to make VAT declarations? How do I pay a workshop owner?– like a systematic process of filing documents and invoices. Redtree can provide advice on these questions if you need, and propose innovative ideas to help you manage your entity in a simple way.

Among these proposals we’re going to launch the DIGITAL ARCHIVE SERVICE: when you make or pay an invoice, send it to us by email and we’ll file a digital copy of it (so you keep the original but Redtree can provide you with a copy and will keep a detailed control of the situation of your entity).

We also have a TRANSLATION SERVICE, with an expert translator who can draft or correct your materials in various languages, with expertise in English… perfect for international projects or those that require worldwide dissemination.
