LEGAL WARNING: GROWTH AND INTERNALIZATION PLAN

REDTREE MAKING PROJECTS COOP. V. has established an innovative learning and training system based on “project coaching” in which, through the creation of a “Growth and Intenalization Plan”, a guidance of the client is carried out during two or more years, during which a learning methodology is established through the very request and management of projects from various fields.

The Growth and Intenalization Plan contains all the training action and includes:

• Continuous and tutorized training on the different European financing lines and programmes.
• Continuous specific training for the leaders of social organizations that carry out European projects.
• Comprehensive training on the lyfecycle of projects: their design, drafting, financing request, preparation stage, implementation stage, dissemination stage, evaluation, and final reporting/ justification.
• Training and advice on the economic management of European funds and their proper reporting.
• Training and advice on the selection of specific European partners for each European project, its number, profile, and characteristics.
• Training adapted to the European legislation on its application to the projects managed by your organization.
• Training in the quality control of projects and its results.

This is also coupled with complementary services, including a Basic Legal Service, carried out for free while the contract between REDTREE MAKING PROJECTS COOP. V. and the client remains in force. These services include:

a) Advice on entity management and procedures.
b) Advice on the establishment and disolution of entities.
c) Drafting and modification of statutes.
d) VAT number request, certifications of social security and of tax offices: this service includes both the request of the provisional VAT number, the definitive, and its duplicate in case of loss. Certificates of being up-to-date with the tax obligations of the Social Security can be processed for entities not using the RED system. Certificates of being up-to-date with the tax obligations of the state and autonomic tax offices.
e) Modifications to the Board of Directors.
f) Drafting and review of administrative documents: this service includes those administrative documents related to the request or reporting of the grants included in the Growth and Internalization Plan.
g) Protection of personal data of the entity or volunteers: this service includes the protection of all data managed by REDTREE MAKING PROJECTS COOP. V., in compliance with the current legislation in this matter.
h) Advice and information on the processing of the declaration of public utility.
i) Documentation on the volunteers: this service includes the volunteer inscription model, the discharge model, the volunteer registry book, and advice on insurance for volunteers and on its regulations.
