For Redtree Making Projects Coop. V., training is one of the main pillars for the development of the associative and educational fabric of society, since it does not only enhance the results of projects and the efectiveness when managing them, but also enable the development of the skills and abilities of entity members, by providing them with useful and valuable knowledge for their social, personal and labor future.

This is why Redtree is implementing a training service adapted to the needs of their clients, proposing three lines of work:

  • TRAINING LINKED TO THE GROWTH AND INTERNATIONALIZATION PLAN
  • TRAINING FOR ENTITIES
  • TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS

These three proposals encompass all the needs that any type of social entity can have, and their contents will easily adapt to it. They are based on an innovational methodology that combines three learning methods, allowing to adapt to the schedule and needs of the entities we work with.

 

 

 

 

Redtree uses an innovational training system that enables a formative action in the formal, non-formal and informal scopes, providing its client entities with the possibility of accessing a simple training process adapted to their needs that doesn’t imply a work overload.

This system is based on the use of three teaching methods combined to achieve excellent results:

FORMAL LEARNING

A formal, virtual, synchronic and asynchronic learning in an e-learning platform with a wide variety of formal training itineraries and specific open contents, most of them free to use. These contects are compact modules, classified by the skills they aim to develop (according to the European legislative framework), that will also allow for the creation of adapted training itineraries.

This platform will make possible to manage the studying process and to conduct a personalized monitoring of the learning, participation and performance linked to all kinds of training activities. It will not be just a virtual learning environment, but one in which the learning aimed at the management of projects and volunteer training become a whole experience through educational materials, communication tools, ITCs, multimedia resources, collaboration and educational management.
Some of the main functions of the platform will be: to manage the userbase, resources, contents and learning activities; to schedule, organize and order events; to manage the user’s access, and to control and monitor the learning process. It will include useful tools for communication, interaction, educational resources and teaching tools.

This is not just another platform, it will have an innovative programming that will evaluate the previous knowledge of the user when he/she first signs up, to automatically create a teaching schedule with the best suited modules and contents that will lead to his/her best learning and the obtention of the educational certification needed.

This virtual learning process will be coupled with on-site training events in Redtree’s head offices or in our clients’ facilities, where the virtual materials will be supplemented with tutoring sessions and direct work.

MODEL LEARNING

Our learning system is partially based on a coaching process, in which our clients learn through specific formal materials and through the own action process. This model sistem is also called learning by observation, by imitation, without a trial, by identification, vicarious learning, and social learning. Besides from the name it is given and the focus placed on it, the main premise of model learning is that anyone can watch Redtree Making Projects’s work will be able to replicate the observed behavior fully or partially.

This learning system is linked to the Growth and Internationalization Plan that can structure the training process for the management and implementation of projects in a minimum period of two years.

Another of Redtree’s basic processes are informal meetings, in which we can talk to our clients over a cup of coffee in an informal manner, to provide them with a more relaxed training and learning process, but of equally good quality; informal learning is paramount for Redtree.

We use a combination of these three learning methods, which in turn allows us to mold ourselves to the specific needs and customs of our clients, providing them with an intimate, personalized and efficient training.

 

 

 

According to our commitment with our client entities, we offer various training services:

  • TRAINING SERVICES LINKED TO THE GROWTH AND INTERNATIONALIZATION PLAN

One of REDTREE’s main services is to promote the growth of entities through the Growth and Internationalization Plan, which establishes a two-year (minimum) itinerary, during which we will select the funding lines to request. But this plan is not only a list of the grants that we will request, report and manage, it is also a coaching process in which Redtree will guide your entity, teaching its team how to manage and carry out the multiple bureaucratic paperwork.

This training process is mainly based on the model-learning methodology, although it is backed by a formal training with its own materials and an informal coaching process in relaxed spaces to teach the entities we work with.

  • TRAINING SERVICES FOR ENTITIES

REDTREE proposes a Growth and Internationalization Plan aimed at enhancing the European-level impact of its client entities. This plan focuses on a large improvement of the entity’s structure in a short period of time. This means that we can focus our efforts in those funding lines best suited for the needs of each entity, that will provide a significative growth for them.

However, there are many local and regional grants that could be of interest but are outside the Growth and Internationalization Plan (either because they wouldn’t help the entity grow, or because they are just occasional funds). For these cases, Redtree has sporadic training sessions to know hot to request and manage them, that combine formal methodology with informal advice.

  • TRAINING SERVICES FOR VOLUNTEERS

REDTREE has e-learning courses to train volunteers, with its own contents and materials to teach the usual labors to be able to manage an entity. We will also have free specific courses for volunteers to improve their aid to segregated collectives and/or people with obstacles.
