V. has established an innovative learning and training system based on “project coaching”, in which we conduct a backing support and monitoring of our clients during one, two, or more years through our “Growth Plan”, to establish a learning methodology through the process itself of requesting and managing projects in multiple areas.

To this end, we will study your entity and define its strengths, weaknesses, and objectives, so we can define the itinerary of the grants or fund lines your entity can opt to.

This Plan’s itinerary encompasses all grant calls more adequate to your entity, so that you can tackle more ambitious projects progressively and in a sustainable way, strengthening your organization accessibly and without risks.

All of these services are included in the Growth and Internationalization Plan and won’t entail any additional costs for your entity, since Redtree only charges for its services if the projects are approved and financed, and in any case, our services can be included in the substantiation of the projects.

WE DEFINE THE STAGE OF GROWTH OF YOUR ENTITY IN ORDER TO ADEQUATE OUR INTERVENTION
PHASE 0: SEED
This phase is designed for those entities that have not yet been created or have not been able to be established due to needs or problems. At this time, REDTREE will help and advise you to solve these problems, it will adapt the documents to comply with the regulations and it will plan simple grant lines that grow and advance in the objectives but require a very small structure.
PHASE 1: SPROUT
This phase is designed for the entity's stages. Your entity has already been established, you need basic resources to get started but you still do not have a sufficient structure to carry out high-impact projects.
In this case, REDTREE will propose the creation of small projects for specific European lines that advance a percentage of the money, as well as access to specific training spaces and services to know how to manage your entity.
PHASE 2: PLANTON
Your entity is already up and running and is carrying out its first projects, it has a minimal structure and a volunteer work team with the capacity to face larger projects.
REDTREE will create a growth plan for you with mayor projects that help create results or international work networks. These projects will provide your entity with great sustainability and greater Strength to ensure the future of your association. In addition, it will provide you with training sessions and specific advice to learn how to apply for grants, manage projects and comply with legal requirements.
If you are not in Valencia we virtualize this service, allowing access to a personalized virtual work environment with access to training courses and distance advice.
PHASE 3: TREE
Your projects are already underway, you already have a headquarters or office, and your capacity for social action is much greater, but also the challenges and obligations in management.
In this phase REDTREE offers you specific courses to teach you everything you need in the day-to-day running of the entity. We will help you create powerful European networks, which will qualify for large national and European grants. We will help you from managing a large grant, we will train you about the different existing grants, the entity's tax obligations, language training, dealing with partners, networking ... EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR PROJECTS AND YOUR ENTITY.
