Redtree Making Projects Coop. V. is a social cooperative that does not only help other entities to grow stronger and have a bigger impact with their projects through our Growth and Internationalization Plans; but also employs a great deal of effort and resources in implementing new projects of our own that also try to change the world.

All of this with the overt will of contributing to improve the rights and conditions of the most disadvantaged groups and to help in the construction of a fairer European society, in accordance with the cooperative’s statutory purposes.


Erasmus Plus Programme is the main European program in the field of education, training, youth, and sports for the period of 2014-2020. This is a unique initiative aimed at boosting job perspectives and personal development, as well as helping our education, training and youth systems to provide quality learning and teaching able to provide the necessary capabilities to advance in the labor market and current and future society.

There are two organizations in Spain designated as national agencies to coordinately manage the Erasmus Plus Programme: one is Servicio Español Para la Internacionalización de la Educación (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education; SEPIE) in the field of education and training, and the other one is Agencia Nacional Española (Spanish National Agency, ANE), which is included into Instituto de la Juventud (Institute of Youth; INJUVE). Erasmus Plus sport activities are directly managed by the European Commission through their Education, Culture and Audiovisual Executive Agency (EACEA).













Redtree Making Projects Coop. V. is a social cooperative active in the field of inclusive education, professional training, and the design of educational materials and learning tools.

For us, education is paramount, which is why we develop specific training materials for multiple groups of beneficiaries. But what is even more important is to aim the educational efforts towards the needs of those who are most vulnerable to marginalization and social exclusion.

Inclusive education is considered  process that takes into account and answers to the diverse needs linked to disabilities and the environment, but not exclusively to them. This means that the educational organizations have to be aware of and  aswer to the diverse needs of the students, independently from the obstacles these face, these being social, cultural, monetary, health issues, Special Needs, etc. In order to face this challenge, Redtree helps to create specialized adapted materials that answer to the specific needs of each of these collectives.





In Redtree Making Projects Coop. V., we believe that education is essential to develop an active, critical and participating citizenship, but also to provide people (especially those with barriers or from groups in risk of exclusion) with more opportunities for employment, social inclusion, and their own personal growth. The challenge consists in offering innovative tools that enable an education process adapted to the specific needs and characteristics of each person, and to implement them through efficient methodologies.

For our experts in the development of inclusive projects, the working methods employed require a previous personalized analysis of the beneficiaries and that we adapt our ways of working to their needs, with the objective of enabling their participation and generating in them the desire and interest of benefiting from the chance they are given.

In this sense, we believe that a successful methodology is only viable if we combine the three types of learning (formal, non-formal and informal), which will allow the beneficiaries to enhance their basic skills, get new qualifications, raise the training level, recycle themselves in regards of employment, or to reach personal growth milestones.

Redtree has developed an innovative methodology to attend to the beneficiary groups, by creating appealing education and training programmes designed to answer individual needs and expectations, along with taking more participative approaches and methodologies based on ITCs. Through a combination of e-learning and on-site learning, coupled with straightdforward ITCs and a social and inclusive point of view, we can provide a direct and spontaneous way of learning in which informal and non-formal learning enables the development of formal education skills on the beneficiaries.
